Online Return and Refund Policy
If you would like to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of the date your order was shipped.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new and unused, in the original packaging, along with all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, etc. .
Items that are undamaged or non-defective are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Aquarium & Cabinet returns are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
To initiate a Return, please email us at email@example.com to get a return authorization and return address, stating your order number and reason for return.
All returns must be authorized from us prior to being sent back. If a return is received without our authorization, it will be refused.
Return Shipping fee is the buyer's responsibility .
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please use a service with delivery confirmation and tracking.
Please do not send back used products due to the fact that they do not qualify for return. It takes approximately 3 - 4 business days to process returns from the time we receive them.
All warranties are handled by the manufacturers. Each manufacturer has a different warranty procedure and policy. We will follow their guidelines.
Please note: All AQUARIO products are final sale.
Please inspect your order upon reception.
If an item has been damaged in shipping, you must notify us immediately.
Take clear pictures of the product and the package (outside and inside) showing clearly the damages. You must keep the damaged item, and the original shipping container, as well as its packing materials, until a file has been claimed with the shipping carrier. Retain the item and packaging for 30 days from the day you notify us of the damage, the carrier may send someone to inspect the damage. If a carrier returns an item to us due to an incorrect shipping address you will be charged a fee of $15 on top of additional shipping charges.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
